New Arrangement:
Usage of Microform Collection in United College Wu Chung Multimedia Library

 
Microform Collection service has been relocated to the United College Wu Chung Multimedia Library (UCL).

Usage arrangement is updated as follows:

  1. Library users need to register at the circulation counter on the G/F to use microform materials and a microform reader.
  2. The microforms items with location  "UC Microform" can now be retrieved on the 2/F of the library.
  3. The microforms items with location "UC Closed Stack Microform" or "UC Closed Stack Thesis" can  now be  retrieved by asking counter staff  at the circulation counter on the G/F.

If there is any question, please kindly contact UCL by phone 3943 7564 or by email uccir@lib.cuhk.edu.hk.

    Fulbright American Literature Research Seminar on "Modernism in 20th Century American Literature"

    The American Studies Resource Library (ASL) and The Hong Kong-America Center (HKAC) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong will convene a one-week seminar for post-graduate students in mainland China and Hong Kong on 20th century American literature.

    It will be held at the American Studies Resource Library of the United College Wu Chung Multimedia Library, CUHK from May 12-17, 2008. This one-week intensive program is designed to bring together young Chinese post-graduate scholars of American literature, based in mainland and Hong Kong universities, to use the collection for their research, advance their research skills under supervision by prominent scholars in the field, and network among each other for future professional interchange with one another in areas of common intellectual and professional interest.
