1. CUHK Students and Staff

   The Library is pleased to announce the latest enhancement to its online services.  Effective January 2, 2009, students and staff can login to all Library online services, such as E-Resources, MyLibrary, Room Booking and so on, with their Student/Staff IDs as appeared in the front of the CU Link card (as shown in figure 1) and Library passwords for authentication.

   All existing Student/Staff Card holders can continue to input their Library Card Numbers as printed at the back of CU Link card to login Library online services. Moreover, Copying/Printing Card holders can continue to use their Library IDs.

2. Library Card Holders

   For Library Card holders, they can just input the alphanumeric number as appeared on the card as shown in figure 2 and 3.

   Login ID required for different users is summarized as follows:

   Library User	Login ID for Library Services
   Student	Student ID printed on the front or back of CU Link Card
   Staff	Staff ID printed on the front or back of CU Link Card
   Library Card holder	Card number printed on the front of the card
   Copying/Printing Card holder	Student ID, Staff ID or Library Card ID
