Library Card for Retired Members and their Spouses

Application
Retired members and their spouses may apply for a library card to access the Library.

Retired Members may bring along the Employment Certification issued by the Personnel Office for retirees and a recent photo to the University Library Circulation Counter for the application of a Retired Member Library Card.

Spouse of Retired Member Library Card holders may also apply for a Library card. The retired member, together with the spouse, may bring along the Retired Member Library Card and a recent photo to the Circulation Counter, University Library for the application.  Retired members who have not yet obtained a Retired Member Library Card may also submit the Library Card application at the same time.

Fee
$50 for a borrower's card for three years.

Library Privileges
Card holders are entitled to half of the loan quota for the same loan period prior to retirement, use of the Library's facilities and onsite access to library resources, including most of the databases.
