Call for Papers

Papers relevant to the scope of the conference are invited for presentation at the conference. Abstracts of not more than 500 words should be submitted on/before July 30, 2002. The deadline for the formal conference paper is November 30, 2002. All papers must be original contributions and not previously published.

Abstract should be saved in Microsoft Word Rich Text Format (*.rtf) and must be written in English or Chinese and should include:

  1. Title of the submission
  2. Name(s) of the author(s)
  3. Affiliation(s) of the author(s)
  4. Address(es) of the author(s)
  5. Contact phone, fax and/or e-mail address(es) of the author(s)

The format for the conference paper submissions is as follows: 8.5" x 11" paper (A4 letter size), 1" margins, and Times or Times New Roman Font.

Submissions should be made electronically via e-mail, fax or by post to both the Conference Secretariat and the Editorial Office below:
