Special Collections collects, preserves, and organizes archival materials in a variety of formats on different subjects to support the University in its research, learning and teaching. Online Finding Aids are continuously prepared to facilitate access and use of these primary resources.

Access to Archival Collections

Materials of the Collections must be used in the Special Collections Reading Room.  The user is required to complete an Application Form for Access to Archival Materials and submit it at least 3 working days in advance.  Please note that by submitting the application form the user has agreed to follow the Conditions on Access to Archival Materials and the Special Collections Reading Room Rules  of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Library.
