How to place a request (hold) or cancel the request (hold)

When you are viewing the record of a checked out item at the web-based library catalogue, click the REQUEST button to start the request process. At the text-based library catalogue, press +> ADDITIONAL options and then G> Request ITEM.

Then, enter your name, your borrower id number and your password as requested.
When the item is held for you, the STATUS of the item you requested will then be changed to REQUEST RECORDED.

You can view your circulation record and check the books you have requested. At the web-based library catalogue, click on Request (hold) outstanding. At the text-based library catalogue, select H> Display HELD item.
