How to search periodicals at the library catalogue

At the main menu, click on TITLE and type the exact periodical title or the first few words of the periodical title at the input pane.

At the full display of the periodical records, the holdings information of the periodical is shown in two boxes. The lower box shows the holding information of the bound issues while the upper box shows the location, call number, summary holdings information and the information on the unbound issues. Click Latest Received to see the checkin information of the unbound issues.

At the text-based library catalogue:

At the main menu, choose L> LIBRARY CATALOGUE and then T> TITLE. Type the exact periodical title or the first few words of the periodical title.

At the full display of the periodical records, the summary holdings of the periodicals in each holding library is shown. To see the checkin information of the unbound issues, type the number of the holding record. To see the checkin information of the bound issues, type V> Circulation Status of VOLUMES.
