How to view your circulation records and renew books checked outAt the web-based library catalogue:
Click on View your Circulation Record, then enter your name,
your borrower id number and your password when requested.
Click on items currently checked out to view the books you have
checked out.
To renew the books, click on the box at the left of the title and then
press the button Renew selected items.
At the text-based library catalogue:
Select L> LIBRARY Catalogue from the main menu.
Choose V> VIEW your circulation record.
Enter your name, your borrower id number and your password as requested.
Choose C> Display CHECKED OUT items to view the books you have checked
out.
Select R> RENEW item to renew books you have checked out. Enter the
item number at the left column to specify the items you want to renew.
You cannot renew items in the following conditions:

too soon to renew: item can be renewed after half of the loan period.

too many renewals: item has been renewed twice.

on hold: another library user has placed a hold on the item.

item is overdue: overdue item must be renewed at the Circulation Counter

item cannot be renewed: the library's loan rule does not allow renewal
of the item.

your library card has expired: you have to be re-registered.

you have exceeded the highest overdue level: you has not responded to the
4th overdue notice or you have an overdue item which is requested by another
user.

you owe too much money: you have to pay fines.
