Service and Location The Careers Collection was newly set up in April 2002. Located on the 1/F of the University Library Annex, the Collection aims to provide a wealth of career information for users to set up career goals, conduct good job searches, and prepare for further studies. Materials The
Collection has a stock of over 2,000 volumes including career books,
magazines, employer profiles from the office of student affairs,
and graduate school catalogues and prospectuses from around the
world. All the career materials are non-circulating and should be
used in the Library only. To further expand the Collection, the Library is actively acquiring different kinds of career resources, for example, numerous books and periodicals on career planning, career choices, job search strategies, resume and letter writing, interviewing skills, business etiquette, occupations, wage and salary information; and study guides for admission tests for graduate and professional schools.
