This service is for accessing web-based resources subscribed by the University Library System.
Many local electronic newspapers such as Ming Pao Daily are free to all Internet users.
Therefore, please use your own network's settings to access these resources.

Why do I get the message "Proxy authorization failed. Retry?"
some time after I've successfully authenticated to use the service?

You are required to re-authenticate every 30 minutes.
