Here are only a few examples, you may use any other telnet software complied with Unicode display.¡@
Anzio Lite: a shareware Windows telnet client costs US$25 per copy
1. Download and open anzz32r.exe file; 
2. At Communication Method > Telnet, enter the Host Name and Port: library.cuhk.edu.hk:23
3. Click OK
4. Enter U to choose Unicode and Y to continue  
5. Pull down Communicate > Character set, at 8-bit select UTF-8 and click OK

PuTTy:  A free telnet clients for Windows 98 or above
1. Download and open the putty.exe file;
2. At Category > Window > Translation, select UTF-8 from the pull-down menu and click Open;
3. At Category > Session, enter the Host Name: library.cuhk.edu.hk and Port: 23;
4. Enter CUHK OPAC under Saved Sessions and click Save;
5. Select CUHK OPAC under Saved Sessions, click Load and then click Open to start the telnet session;
6. Enter U to choose Unicode and Y to continue
