The Library Users Group (LUG) has been formed with the University Librarian as the chairman. It will meet at least three times a year. The 14 members include:

• Seven faculty representatives nominated by the Faculty Deans
• Six students representing the University and College Student Unions as well as the part-time degree programme, and
• Three Library representatives
