Start submitting your Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery service requests in LibrarySearch from 23 June 2025

Exciting enhancements are coming to our library services! Starting from 23 June 2025, as an eligible user, you can submit your Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery service (DDS) requests directly through LibrarySearch. This seamless integration will enhance your experience by allowing you to:
- Submit your ILL and DDS requests directly via LibrarySearch without the need to log on to a separate system
- Track your requests, download the requested articles or book chapters in My Library Record
- Enjoy the convenience of managing these requests as well as other circulation activities in a one-stop-shop manner
Please be reminded that the current Interlibrary Loan system, ILLiad, will no longer be accessible after the service integration.
Here are the important dates to note:
