Learning Garden & MakerSpace will be temporarily closed from May 16, 9 am to July 2, 2023

The Learning Garden & MakerSpace will be closed from May 16, 9am to July 2, 2023 for refurbishment and renovation.

The retrieval service for the Audio-Visual collection, HK Government Documents Oversize and CUHK Theses, which are housed in the Learning Garden & MakerSpace, will be provided upon request by the online retrieval form.

The following services and facilities will be affected during this period:

• Kindle E-book readers, chargers, laptop computers, headphone, please borrow and return them at the HelpDesk on the G/F.
• Fabrication Room can be reserved at online booking system as usual. Please contact us by phone 3943 9730 upon arrival.
• 3D Printing Services: please submit your 3D printing requests to us via the online form.
• 3D Scanners, VR Headset, IoT Tools and other equipment, please contact us via email: liblc@cuhk.edu.hk
• Refreshment Zone will be closed on 16 May 2023 and reopen on 29 May morning.
• Bubble Group Study Rooms, Creative Media Studio and High-Performance Workstations are not accessible.
• All self-service equipment in MakerSpace, such as 3D printer (Up Mini 2), light box, 3D scanner (Matter and Form) will be available at Refreshment Zone from 29 May morning.
