Library Summer Works

The Library is undertaking a number of improvement works and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes. The works are necessary to improve facilities and services in the Library, and summer is the optimum timing for minimizing the impact. Please contact counter staff if you need any assistance or have any concerns with the improvement works being undertaken when you are in the Library. Please note that earplugs are available at the Library Service Counter.

University Library

Water Seepage Works at the Learning Garden of the University Library
During the period, there will be noisy works. Users may enter the Learning Garden as usual.

Compact Shelves Removal Works at the Learning Garden of the University Library
During the period, there will be noisy works. Users may enter the Learning Garden as usual.

Architecture Library

Refurbishment Works of Architecture Library
During the period, the Architecture Library will be closed. User may access the affected collections via the book retrieval service.
Works period: 19 May – 31 August 2025

New Asia College Library

Renovation Work of the External Facade of New Asia College Library
During the period, there will be noisy works in the New Asia College Library and the Outdoor Reading Area on 2/F will be closed.
Works period: 26 May – 23 August 2025

Chung Chi College Library

Repainting Work of the External Facade of Chung Chi College Library
During the period, there will be noisy works. The Outdoor Reading Area on G/F of the Chung Chi College Library will be closed.
