New integrated platform for submitting and managing Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery requests

Exciting enhancements are coming to our library services! You can now submit your Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery service (DDS) requests directly through LibrarySearch. This seamless integration will enhance your experience by allowing you to:

• Submit your ILL and DDS requests directly via LibrarySearch without the need to log on to a separate system
• Track your requests, download the requested articles or book chapters in My Library Record
• Enjoy the convenience of managing these requests as well as other circulation activities in a one-stop-shop manner
