User will be notified when the requested items arrive at CUHK. You may login to your My Library Record to check the status of your HKALL requests.

Cancellation of requests

The HKALL requests may be cancelled by the lending library if the requested items are:

  • Not found on shelf;
  • Checked out by the local user; or
  • Found not suitable for loan (e.g. too fragile, etc.).
