Featuring a former veteran discipline officer with over 30 years of experience in operations, people development and human resources, this sharing session offers unique insights to aspiring participants through personal stories and interactive Q&As. Participants will even have the opportunity to participate in a fitness test trial. A valuable session for those interested in leadership, discipline, and personal growth. Speakers: Mr. Patrick Lee and Ms. Icy Lam Speakers Info: Ms. Icy Lam: Senior Police Inspector Icy Lam graduated from CUHK in 2017 with a degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, and Health, blending her passion for fitness with public service. During her studies, she joined the Auxiliary Police (Year 2), participated in the Police Mentorship Programme (Year 3), served as an ICAC ambassador (Years 4), and studied abroad in the UC Berkeley in the final summer semister. Despite receiving a teaching offer due to her PGDE qualification, she chose the Hong Kong Police Force, rising to Inspector. Now, with 7.5 year of frontline policing experience, she empowers the next generation as a mentor, sharing insights on career transitions, project management, and turning diverse skills into impactful leadership. |
