Discover the Brand-New Study Carrels at the University Library!

An improved study experience has arrived at the University Library! 346 study carrels have been installed, replacing the previous ones that had served our users for over a decade. Four of these new carrels are also height-adjustable, supporting users with different study needs and preferences.

Designed with both comfort and sustainability in mind, the new study carrels are made from safe, responsibly sourced materials. Each study carrel features two 13A power outlets, as well as 65W USB-A and USB-C charging ports, making it easy to keep your devices powered throughout the day. A convenient touchless lighting switch adds a modern touch to your study space.

We would like to thank everyone who shared their views on the study carrels. Your valuable feedback has helped us create a more welcoming and inspiring learning environment at the Library.

We invite you to visit the University Library and experience the new study carrels for yourself.
